How Our Plan Works
Pick a Doctor. Choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) from our large selection of partners. He/she will handle all of your child’s routine health care needs and arrange visits to specialists. Just make an appointment to see him/her.
You may change your child’s PCP once a month for any reason - just call us at 1-800-605-2556.
Health Plan Identification Card.We will send you an I.D. card for your child before his/her health coverage begins. Keep this card with you and show it whenever your child sees the doctor, goes to the hospital, or when you pick up your child’s medicine. We are here for you.
