Limited Dental Plan Choices for some families:
Starting November 1, 2009, dental plan choices for some families who do not have any child enrolled in Healthy Families for two (2) consecutive years will be limited to certain dental palns. Two (2) consecutive years means that your child is (or was previously) enrolled in Healthy Families for 2 years without a break in coverage.
