1099 Forms

Enrollment Entity service payments are considered non-employee compensation. Therefore, all payments to Enrollment Entities that total more than $600 in a calendar year are reportable to the Internal Revenue Service on Form 1099. The Healthy Families Program is not required to send Form 1099 to government agencies or corporations.
